You assist with coordinating our in-house talents.
You support the search for new cooperation partners, prepare proposals and handle incoming inquiries.
You develop your negotiation skills for contracts as well as price negotiations with vendors and service providers (partners).
You support the artist managers in developing concepts and content formats for talents and help to implement them.
You act as an interface between talents and our partners, coordinate their assignments and ensure their well‑being.
You identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and shows.

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally experience in implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
