Role Overview
- Build and support specialist dealer partners in your region
- Present the product portfolio and finalize dealership agreements
- Increase sales by providing concrete support to dealers in selling
- Acquire and manage municipal and private-sector key accounts
- Participate in regional trade shows and roadshows
- Plan and implement sales campaigns with dealers
Requirements
- Several years of field sales experience, ideally in acquiring and supporting specialist dealers
- Proven success in building and managing dealer networks
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- Fluent German; English skills are an advantage
- High self-motivation and a structured working style
- Basic technical understanding to present products convincingly
- Resilience and a strong closing orientation
