Independently execute and lead Financial Due Diligence projects in the context of company acquisitions and sales (buy
and sell-side)
Lead vendor assistance projects, model business plans and support project management as an interface between clients, internal teams (e.g., M&A) and external stakeholders
Responsible reporting to clients and internal decision-makers
Contribute to the development and implementation of transaction strategies
Build and maintain sustainable client relationships through ongoing communication and advisory support
Requirements
Degree in Economics/Business Administration (Bachelor's/Master's), ideally with a finance focus
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence
Solid knowledge of the transaction environment, including balance sheet analysis and financial modelling
Advanced proficiency with common analytical tools (e.g., MS Excel)
Strong client focus, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in teams
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Business-fluent German and English
