Prospecting & Pipeline: You identify target companies (with company canteens) and the appropriate contacts (occupational health management (BGM) / Corporate Health / HR / Benefits) and systematically build a pipeline (LinkedIn, email, phone).
Discovery & Qualification: You conduct initial conversations, clarify needs and check the key prerequisites (e.g., company canteen available, digital menu data accessible, an internal driver such as a Health Manager/BGM).
Appointment Scheduling & Preparation: You organise qualified meetings/demos and prepare handovers cleanly — closing is handled by the Co-Founder.
CRM & Learnings: You document activities in HubSpot, keep data clean and help continuously improve messaging, playbooks and KPIs.
Events, Trade Shows & Go-Lives: You support planning and execution — from on-site lead handling to CRM follow-up.
Day-to-Day Operations: You relieve the Co-Founder on selected topics and ensure tasks reliably cross the finish line.
Materials & Content: You update sales and investor materials, prepare content and extract insights from customer projects (e.g., updates, short decks, learnings).
Organisation & Planning: You coordinate team events, business travel and internal workflows.
Ops & Automation: You streamline processes, standardise and optimise them (e.g., templates, CRM workflows, small automations — “less manual, more scalable”).
