Role Overview
- Advise prospects and customers online and by phone, and convert them into mymoria customers
- Turn funeral and pre-arrangement inquiries/offers into confirmed orders
- Listen carefully and provide needs-oriented advice so customers can make well-informed decisions
- Continuously question and improve our service and sales processes
- Keep company goals in mind and contribute significantly to the company's success through your work
- Receive an uncapped commission in addition to your base salary
Requirements
- You are a salesperson through and through and have experience in telephone sales
- You have strong self-motivation and a passion for achieving targets and closing deals
- You have excellent communication skills, a strong service orientation, empathy and compassion
- You have good computer skills and can quickly learn new software
- Previous experience in the funeral industry or insurance sales is an advantage, but career changers are welcome
