Lead demand generation for our Growth Accelerator services, in line with Swanky’s wider business plan and strategic priorities
Attend relevant events and dinners with clients, prospective clients and members of the GTM and Growth Accelerator teams
Qualify and lead inbound opportunities for Growth Accelerator services, from first contact through to signed SOW
Run tailored discovery sessions to understand each client's commercial goals, current performance landscape and growth ambitions
Collaborate closely with the Growth Accelerator team – CRO, SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Creative & Content and TikTok Shop specialists – to shape the right solution for each client
Build and maintain relationships with Swanky's technology partners and relevant platform contacts to stay close to the market
Track and manage opportunities through our CRM, contributing to accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
Requirements
Several years of relevant experience within the Shopify ecosystem – probably in a digital agency or brand/retail context
Deep understanding of the Shopify platform and partner landscape, with specialist knowledge in one or more of: Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay-Per-Click advertising (PPC), Paid Social and organic social strategy, Creative & Content production, TikTok Shop strategy and management
A consultative, solutions-oriented commercial mindset, with confidence running discovery and building proposals

The ability to work autonomously where required, but also lead internal and external teams on larger and more complex retainer proposals
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the credibility to operate effectively at senior levels
A genuine interest in commerce, technology and the changing needs of retailers.
