Owning the daily intelligence briefing: consolidating pipeline activity, rep performance, and risk signals across all data sources into a single morning view so leadership starts every day operating from insight, not assembly.
Identifying and flagging pipeline anomalies, at-risk deals, and high-priority entrants with enough context for leadership to act rather than investigate.
Monitoring SLA and timeline adherence by rep and by segment, surfacing drift before it compounds.
Translating departmental goals into projects, plans, and measurable outcomes.
Building and maintaining the processes and SOPs that allow the department to operate without the Head of Revenue Operations serving as the system of record.
Preparing leadership for rep 1:1s and deal reviews with deal-level context so coaching time is spent on strategy, not status reconstruction.
Supporting the development and refinement of outbound and channel messaging across all segments and lead sources, including industry and persona analysis as requested.
Tracking special projects and priorities for the Head of Revenue Operations using project management tooling.
Acting as the voice of the Head of Revenue Operations in internal meetings when needed.
