Align IQM’s product roadmap with our global partnership strategy to create a seamless full-stack customer experience across hardware, software, integration, and cloud.
Lead and support senior leaders across Product and Commercial Partnerships, helping teams stay connected to both technical progress and market realities.
Translate technical milestones and roadmap developments into clear product positioning, commercial offerings, and new market opportunities.
Guide the evolution of IQM’s on-premises systems, integrations, software, and cloud capabilities to meet the needs of HPC centers, sovereign infrastructure, and enterprise customers.
Build and grow strategic partnerships with cloud providers, system integrators, research organizations, and industry leaders across sectors such as finance, energy, and life sciences.
Represent IQM in board-level conversations, industry events, global summits, and strategic customer discussions.
Work closely with sales, public affairs, and technical teams to support IQM’s position in the rapidly evolving global quantum landscape.
Oversee product lifecycle decisions as the industry transitions from research-focused NISQ systems toward scalable QEC and FTQC technologies.
Support long-term commercial growth through strategic planning, investment prioritization, and ecosystem development.
Help create an environment where collaboration across science, engineering, product, and commercial teams feels natural, fast-moving, and grounded in shared goals.
Requirements
Degree in business, engineering, physics, computer science, or another relevant field.
Strong experience leading product organizations, commercial strategy, or ecosystem partnerships within deep-tech, enterprise technology, HPC, cloud, or quantum computing environments.
Experience managing senior leaders in high-growth international organizations.
Proven track record translating advanced technology into commercially successful products, partnerships, or market strategies.
Strong strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to operate in fast-changing and technically complex environments.
Experience working with large enterprise customers, strategic alliances, or global technology ecosystems.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust across technical and commercial teams.
Experience working in quantum computing or closely related emerging technologies is seen as beneficial.
Experience building global partnership ecosystems involving cloud providers, sovereign infrastructure, or system integrators is considered an advantage.
