Lead the design and continuous improvement of integrated CPQ solutions and processes in close collaboration with business partners and global process owners.
Create, extend and roll out templates for Knauf entities worldwide.
Advise on optimizing CPQ processes and design IT-driven solutions to meet availability and quality targets.
Define technical specifications for software development (e.g., standards, design patterns, test cases, scenarios) and manage the lifecycle of the implemented solutions.
Analyze new features from regular CPQ releases by the software vendor, identify market best practices, and support agile implementation and acceptance processes.
Requirements
Proven experience designing, implementing and improving IT-driven CPQ processes in multinational industrial organizations (in-house or external).
Expertise in CPQ implementations and the ability to identify challenges in integrated process design and interactions with adjacent processes.
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or other leading CPQ platforms and their integration into end-to-end customer and user experiences, as well as with other corporate IT solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience defining technical specifications and managing solution lifecycles.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
