You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
Support the search for new collaboration partners, create new proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
Demonstrate negotiation skills for contracts and pricing negotiations with providers
Develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
Act as the interface between talents and our partners, plan their engagements and ensure their wellbeing
Identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing
Interest in and a feel for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or designing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and spoken and written English
