You help identify and engage new collaboration partners
You will learn, throughout the collaboration, how to prepare and handle requests and proposals
You will learn everything about price negotiations and market rates
You will learn about contract structuring in this industry and common pitfalls
You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents
You act as the liaison between talents and our partners
You identify and acquire potential new partners as well as future formats and programs

At least internship, working-student experience and/or vocational training in Influencer Marketing or Online Marketing
Interest in and a feel for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and proficiency in English, both spoken and written
