Serve as the go-to authority on TikTok's advertising solutions. Lead client education, share best practices, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve client KPIs.
Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategic planning and onboarding to execution and post-campaign analysis. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional performance.
Proactively analyze campaign data, industry trends, and client performance to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Drive revenue growth by helping your clients expand into new markets and adopt new solutions.
Work seamlessly with our internal Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams, as well as with our partners at TikTok, to deliver a unified and powerful experience for our clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in account management, performance marketing, or a client-facing role in the digital advertising industry.
Hands-on experience managing performance-driven campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Meta, or Google.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using data to identify trends and create actionable insights (strong Excel skills are a must).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Latvian and English.
