Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders across client organisations, including senior decision-makers
Drive account growth by embedding solutions within client businesses, identifying upsell opportunities, and achieving monthly revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions in line with client objectives and expectations
Develop account plans, negotiate client contracts, and track key performance metrics to support ongoing customer success and commercial growth
Requirements
Proven experience in an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar client-facing role
Strong track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Confident communicating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and C-suite executives
Experience delivering client-focused solutions that meet customer needs while driving commercial growth and retention
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, without compromising attention to detail or customer experience
