Develop and maintain frontend applications using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript
Implement features and enhancements with a focus on performance and usability
Work closely with Technical Leads and senior engineers on design and architecture decisions
Integrate APIs and collaborate with backend teams for seamless functionality
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices
Write and maintain unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library)
Support end-to-end testing using tools like Playwright
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
Collaborate with QA teams to improve test coverage and reliability
Support optimization of frontend performance and responsiveness
Identify and fix performance issues with guidance from senior team members
Apply responsive and mobile-first design principles
Partner with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
Collaborate with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and DevOps teams
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively within the team
Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and React ecosystem
Contribute ideas to improve development workflows and team practices
Participate in team discussions and problem-solving sessions
Follow accessibility best practices (WCAG)
Maintain clear and concise documentation when required
