Define, improve and standardize the requirements-gathering process.
Shape product vision and backlogs by working closely with our clients' Product Owners.
Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with internal and external technical stakeholders (Solution Architects, Software Engineers, QA).
Facilitate discovery workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders to advance product development and identify new opportunities.
Contribute to winning new contracts by engaging with prospective clients during pre-sales activities.
Support and mentor less-experienced team members.
Requirements
Prior experience as a client-facing Business Analyst on projects of various sizes.
Ability to challenge assumptions and collaborate with client Product Owners to define a PoC/MVP for a product.
Experience coaching Product Owners, including defining product canvases, building roadmaps, and setting product and sprint goals.
Ability to structure backlogs effectively to define a product using epics and features, aligning business needs with technical architecture.
Ability to write clear, testable user stories using Gherkin acceptance criteria.
Ability to facilitate Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Showcases (Demonstrations), Planning Sessions, Iteration Planning, Project Discovery sessions, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
Expert understanding of the Scrum framework.
Strong experience working in Agile teams to validate and design system/product architectures based on user requirements and to specify them as user stories.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Resilience, proactivity, and a strong delivery focus.
Excellent modeling skills across data, application, and business process domains using standard conventions (e.g., UML, BPMN).
Ability to quickly learn and take ownership of complex functional domains.
