Senior Regional Customer Success Manager, EMEA

Role Overview

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team
• Conduct regular global account meetings
• Serve as primary contact for global product updates
• Support global QBRs/ABRs and reporting requests

Requirements

• 7+ years of Customer Success/Account Management experience
• Fluency in English is required
• Responsible for a book of business of 30+ customers
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SaaS, B2B customer success, CRM tools is a plus
