Help shape a delivery process for agent development that scales with 10+ developers and many parallel client projects

3–5 years of experience in a product management role — at a SaaS company, a tech startup, or a technical implementation consultancy
You have independently led B2B projects to success and know how to prioritize business value rather than just execute roadmaps
Strong communication in German — you can speak clearly with both CEOs and developers
You think 1–2 steps ahead, weigh options deliberately, and make reliable decisions
Passion for AI and automation — you actively use AI tools in your own work
You don't have to be able to code — but you must understand what's technically possible and be eager to quickly learn new tools.
