About this role

Create dashboards that include key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives (OKRs);
Participate in the development of commercial campaigns and monitor their execution across the store network;
Interact with store teams, listening to their needs and ensuring they have all necessary information to make things happen;
Develop and improve operational processes to enhance the customer experience and drive sales across all stores in the chain;
Use data analysis and metrics to ensure processes are executed consistently;
Support the commercial team in organizing and executing store operation routines;
Update documents, materials, and systems used by the department;
Contribute to the preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and training sessions.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
Advanced Excel (proficient with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis); knowledge of Power Query and SQL is a plus;
Availability to work in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro;
Strong written communication and organizational skills;
Experience creating reports and presentations.
