Role Overview
- Client consultations and client service;
- Coordination and alignment of litigation strategies;
- Drafting petitions and legal opinions;
- Monitoring case progress and procedural follow‑up;
- Preparing reports;
- Updating and maintaining the case management system;
- Oral arguments and court hearings.
Requirements
- Law degree and active registration in good standing with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association).
- Proficient with the Windows environment and core Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF software.
- Experience in civil law and real estate law.
- Knowledge of the Advwin system is desirable.
