Senior Consultant – Functional Analyst

Role Overview

• Analyze functional requirements expressed by business stakeholders
• Draft detailed functional specifications
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams
• Perform application impact analyses
• Participate in solution design
• Oversee functional changes and follow-up
• Support users during validation phases
• Contribute to the functional documentation of solutions
• Participate in Delta’s development tribe
• Support and manage initiatives related to Delta’s development activities
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist colleagues when specialized expertise is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in functional analysis
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and V-Model (Waterfall)
• Experience working on complex digital transformation projects
• Familiar with UML and BPMN modeling standards
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Management, Engineering or equivalent
• Fluency in English and French required; an additional language is an advantage
