Support the execution and monitoring of CRM strategies with a focus on customer conversion and retention;
Participate in planning the campaign calendar and sending campaigns (email marketing and WhatsApp);
Assist in analyzing and segmenting the customer database for communication campaigns;
Support the production of reports and monitor performance metrics;
Provide support to the sales team in the use of the CRM tool, ensuring proper use, access, and tracking;
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to adapt creative assets for different needs.

Currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields;
Organized, detail-oriented, with strong written communication skills;
Ability to interpret and communicate insights and analysis results clearly and concisely;
Basic knowledge of Excel (familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus);
Basic design knowledge or experience with creative assets (email marketing, campaign materials, etc.) is desirable.
