Drive product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce to enhance client business processes
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and sales teams to translate complex market requirements into actionable product features that drive measurable client outcomes
Manage product lifecycle including go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and performance metrics for AI solutions in enterprise environments
Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve product offerings and user experience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
2 to 3 years of product management experience within Agile development processes, preferred in Salesforce or other CRM Platforms
Previous experience implementing agentic AI solutions
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and product metrics analysis
Proven ability to work with global teams and demonstrate strong communication skills in cross-cultural environments
Experience managing technical products with understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Data Science, or related field) with experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments (preferred)
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, particularly with AI/ML services and APIs (preferred)
AI/ML certifications such as AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer, or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (preferred)
Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and AI advancements within CRM platforms, including experience with Salesforce Einstein, AI-powered lead scoring, or similar CRM intelligence tools (preferred)
Previous experience in financial services, data analytics, or business intelligence industries with understanding of enterprise customer needs (preferred)
