Act as the primary contact of the conditions submission and clearing process / review, and as the liaison and coordinator between the TPO client and Underwriting.
Proactively managing all condition related follow-up to ensure they are collected from the TPO client and submitted to underwriting.
Communicate effectively with TPO clients and team members to resolve issues or address questions related to loan documentation / conditions.
Provide underwriting guidelines and condition subject matter expertise to the TPO client.
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for collection and submission of loan conditions.
Manage file organization, upload documents to systems, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3 to 5 years of experience in mortgage originations (e.g. loan processing, underwriting support).
High Familiarity with mortgage loan guidelines, underwriting philosophy, and loan documentation.
Non-Agency / non-QM experienced required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and loan origination systems.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
