Role Overview
- Support technology-enabled legal operations
- Serve as an administrator for legal operations systems
- Manage user accounts and handle training
- Manage onboarding of users and departments
- Update training syllabi and conduct training sessions
- Draft and coordinate corporate filings
Requirements
- Four years minimum relevant experience with Conga Contracts for Salesforce CLM
- Excellent skills in analytical thinking
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite products
- Occasional travel, comprising less than 10% of the time, may be necessary
