Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, overseeing project execution across print, point-of-sale (POS), and promotional programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, building and maintaining trusted partnerships
Deliver best-in-class service by understanding client brands, objectives, and industry dynamics to develop strategies and solutions that drive business growth
Drive client sales and profitability by developing value-driven solutions and ensuring cost control
Manage the end-to-end sale process for the client
from initial briefs and quoting to proof approvals, production, quality standards, and final delivery of all items
Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, identifying resource requirements while mitigating risks and ensuring deliverables stay on track
Maintain proactive client communication and address any concerns or challenges within agreed SLAs
Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to meet all deadlines
Support sustainability objectives by delivering projects that align with environmental performance metrics (e.g., GHG emissions, recyclability, water usage)
Collaborate directly with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time production and delivery
Maintain ongoing supplier relationships, addressing issues, clarifying expectations, and supporting cost and quality control
Track and analyze program performance, generating regular updates/reports to client and leadership
Use data insights to make recommendations for ongoing improvements and future program planning.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in client-facing account management role
Proven experience managing supplier relationships, including direct vendor communication and issue resolution
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to assess the big picture and identify opportunities for improvement
Self-starter with a resourceful, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
Strong project or order management skills, with exceptional organization, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Demonstrated success in growing and maintaining accounts, driving top-line revenue and margin growth
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with client marketing teams, internal supply chain groups, and global stakeholders
Culturally aware and able to communicate effectively across international teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence
Highly detail-oriented with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
