Role Overview
- Support high-volume production design workflows for a fast-paced U.S.-based visual communications team
- Execute production design tasks with strong attention to detail
- Prepare accurate production-ready files for physical output
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director on design operations and project delivery
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of practical professional experience in production design, print production, or related design workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Proven experience preparing production-ready files for physical print output
- Strong understanding of file setup, bleeds, safe zones, resolution requirements, and color modes (CMYK/RGB)
- Experience working in high-volume production environments with fast turnaround times
- Practical knowledge of vector graphics, file scaling, and print production workflows
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, or similar
- Strong spoken and written English for daily collaboration with the internal design team
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for file management and workflow execution
- Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time business hours
