Requirements
Undergraduate degree and/or seven (7) or more years relevant experience
Previous commercial experience and expert knowledge of the business environment, processes, procedures, transactions and activities of products and services
Formal certifications (such as CIP or FCIP) at this level of expertise preferable
Have excellent organizational and team management skills with the ability to work in a demanding environment and handle multiple deadlines and priorities
High-level communication skills
Ability to interact and manage multiple stakeholders
Thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Proven ability to coach and lead diverse teams
Strong competencies in performance management including but not limited to SMART Action Plans, performance coaching and challenging conversation
