About this role
Role Overview
Structure and lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for the program/project.
Develop and execute communication, engagement and adoption plans for initiatives.
Map stakeholders, organizational impacts, adoption risks and mitigation plans.
Develop executive, operational and institutional communication strategies for different audiences.
Manage relationships between business areas, technology, operations, partners and executive leadership.
Plan and carry out change management activities throughout all project phases.
Support leadership in preparing teams for changes to processes, technology, journeys and operating models.
Create and track adoption, engagement, communication and organizational readiness metrics.
Prepare executive materials, presentations, internal campaigns, announcements and supporting content.
Facilitate workshops, executive alignments, forums and team awareness activities.
Support training, change onboarding and post-implementation sustainment strategies.
Ensure alignment between project strategy, corporate communication and the experience of impacted users.
Manage communication crises and resistance to change, promoting action plans together with leadership.
Requirements
Solid experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Change Management or Corporate Communication in strategic projects.
Experience in organizational, digital, operational or technological transformation projects.
Experience in complex corporate environments, with multiple stakeholders and various hierarchical levels.
Strong written, verbal and executive communication skills.
Experience building communication, engagement and adoption plans.
Knowledge of Change Management methodologies.
Ability to coordinate, influence and manage relationships in cross-functional environments.
Analytical profile, organized and with a systemic view.
Experience facilitating workshops, executive forums and internal communication activities.
Knowledge of corporate management, communication and collaboration tools.
