Own workstreams within cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution
Develop structured analyses to inform leadership decisions (financial, operational, and performance data)
Build executive-ready materials including presentations
Partner with Operations, Finance, Analytics, Network, Contracting, Clinical, and Technology teams to drive alignment and execution
Identify operational gaps and propose practical, scalable solutions
Track initiative progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed
Support development of repeatable processes and project management standards across initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, economics, public health, or a related analytical field
1-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, healthcare operations, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to independently structure and solve complex problems
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience working with data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Experience working with large, disparate data sets and translating analysis into clear, actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive workstreams with limited oversight
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
Experience in healthcare, MSO operations, or value-based care environments is strongly preferred
Familiarity with performance metrics, financial modeling, or KPI tracking frameworks

This is a hybrid position. The offices are located at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA and 1600 Corporate Center Drive, Monterey Park, CA. Travel to our Orange office will be required monthly.
The national target pay range for this role is $80,000
$90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
