Managing real-time warehouse performance, ensuring efficient flow of goods in, through, and out of the operation
Planning and optimising labour requirements based on volumes, forecasts, and shift demands
Driving strong health & safety practices, compliance, and operational excellence across your team
Monitoring KPIs and productivity, taking proactive action to resolve issues and improve performance

Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Strong focus on team leadership
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong communication skills
Confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, hands-on approach
