Ensure all operational KPIs are met, maintaining the highest standards in every aspect of the job.
Identify cost-saving initiatives and implement corrective actions to maximise efficiency.
Demonstrate and promote a customer-focused approach to all warehouse activities.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on target expectations and achievements.

Experience leading a large team of warehouse colleagues within a fast-paced and FMCG environment.
Strong IT skills, including warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in a role focusing on continuous improvement would be advantageous.
