Role Overview
- Support development of content strategy aligned to target audiences and campaign goals
- Assist in building a scalable content engine (editorial calendar, content pillars, reuse frameworks)
- Build and edit content across channels (blog, email, LinkedIn, sales materials)
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor content
- Help translate technical and clinical concepts into clear, engaging messaging
- Support AI-enabled content initiatives and digital content workflows
- Track and analyze content performance metrics and recommend optimizations
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content to priorities
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Interest in healthcare, technology, or digital marketing
- Ability to simplify complex information
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Experience with content creation (blogs, social media, presentations)
- MBA
- Familiarity with marketing or analytics tools
- Interest in AI-driven marketing and content personalization
- Basic understanding of SEO
