The Solution Architect is responsible for the design, integrity and quality of the SAP solutions and integrated applications delivered to Business.
Responsible that the SAP solution/service provides the required functionality and meets the requirement of business.
Collaborates with and contributes to project set-up and delivery as well as to service operations optimization.
Supports validation and prioritization of incoming business demand in collaboration with Project owners, business function and unit.
Be responsible for translating the functional design into functional specifications.
Review and sign off the functional and technical use case specifications.
Communicate the technical specifications to the developers.
Joining unit testing and support on UAT testing and defect resolution.
Formulate rules, principles and guidelines to guide the development of technical solutions.
Determine non-functional requirements and ensure service/solution operation standards are considered accordingly.
Keeps knowledge up to date regarding new and emerging technology and industry practices.
Collaborate with users in projects and problem management to maintain, develop and deploy the best feasible and most cost-efficient IS solutions/services for the business.
Ensures solution documentation and training material are well maintained and created.
Requirements
Master’s/bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer science (preferred) or related discipline.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience within the Information Technology industry.
8+ years of solution architecture experience across various IT areas with focus in the areas of S/4 Haha system.
5+ years of solution architecture experience of global projects in your domain of expertise.
Proven experience in SAP Controlling module and solutions available in SAP S4/HANA.
Understanding Controlling integration with other modules: SD, PS, PP, Service Management.
Strong knowledge of Management Accounting, including reporting.
Understanding business processes: Make to Order, Make to Stock, Engineer to Order, Service Management.
Mandatory skills
Material Ledger, Results Analysis, COPA, Cost object controlling
Make-to-order, Engineering-to-order.
Nice to have skills
ABAP Debugging skills, RAR experience, FI-CO data migration experience.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
