You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, medical clinics and dental clinics
Manage and develop existing accounts and prospect for new clients
Identify business and growth opportunities within strategic accounts
Develop and implement commercial and account development plans
Negotiate proposals, tenders and commercial agreements
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and other areas)
Analyze commercial data to support decision-making
Manage and update commercial activity in CRM
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar commercial roles
Experience in account management and account development
Knowledge of the healthcare and/or dental sectors (preferred)
Experience in selling medical devices or clinical supplies (preferred)
Mandatory experience using CRM
Data analysis skills and results-oriented mindset
Experience managing key accounts and complex sales processes
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economics or a related field
Availability to travel within Portugal
Driver’s license
