Lead the development of the network observability strategy for LSEG's Network Products & Services
Own and handle a product roadmap to deliver network products to customers globally
Engage with customers to collect demand and requirements
Collaborate with colleagues in Design & Engineering to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met
Handle life cycles and capacity of product areas, securing budget and aligning them into roadmaps

10+ years of experience in a global technology organization
Background in network or software engineering, ideally in financial services
Familiarity with DevOps and SRE enabled product methods
Excellent understanding of observability and monitoring solutions marketplace
Understanding of business requirements elicitation, technical product definition, and roadmap development
Strong relationship management and communication skills up to C-level.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams of network and technology professionals
