Provide community planning and manage activities related to community, regional, urban, comprehensive, and land use plans
Facilitate the development and maintenance of the Installation Development Plan (IDP) and other comprehensive planning studies
Ensure compatible use planning between on and off installation facility and infrastructure development and land use
Plan, program, budget, and execute required projects in support of assigned programs
Collect data and evaluate factors affecting physical development, maintenance, and management of installation infrastructure assets
Prepare planning studies, apply tools, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
Function as an integral team member, cooperating with and supporting U.S. deployed forces and sharing information
Ensure all contractual performance objectives are met and contractual submittals are provided to the government
Work with a diverse, international, and multi-skill workforce
Be available within two (2) hours of notification to meet on the installation with Government personnel
Ensure successful delivery of services to 4,000 personnel, plus or minus 10%, at all times
Responsible for proper utilization, accounting, and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property
Ensure compliance with all US laws, Saudi Labor Law, Final Governing Standards (FGS), Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD), Air Force Instruction (AFI) and local standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Community Planning, Architecture, or Engineering
Community Planning Experience above minimum may waive requirement for a bachelor’s degree
Minimum 4 years’ work experience with similar project
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U. S. Driver's License
Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
Candidates must also meet CENTCOM MOD-15 theater requirements.
