Role Overview
- Processing of digitized accounting documents
- Review of automatic accounting pre-allocations
- Accelerating the implementation of automated processing rules
- Account reconciliations
- Account matching (clearing)
- Clearing of suspense accounts
- Preparation of tax returns and VAT filings
- Alerting the Engagement Manager of unusual delays in customer or supplier payments or of significant events affecting the client
- Preparation of the balance sheet and review of accounts according to your level
Requirements
- Diploma equivalent to two
- or three-year post-secondary studies (e.g., DCG)
- Experience in a similar role at an accounting firm
- Enjoy working in a team
- Seeking to join a family-oriented, people-focused and ambitious firm
- Curious, organized and methodical
- Strong interest in digital tools and digitization
