About this role
Role Overview
- Develop and optimise data-driven credit acquisition strategies
- Analyse large datasets using SAS to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, IT, Finance, Collections, and Risk
- Support new product assessments and continuous strategy enhancements
- Conduct UAT and monitor post-implementation performance
- Produce monthly Management Information (MI) with clear insights and recommendations
- Enhance reporting accuracy and risk metrics
- Present analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Investigate escalated Home Loans credit-related customer complaints
- Provide clear, timely, and well-reasoned outcomes
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management or similar
- 3+ years’ experience analysing large datasets using SAS
- Strong understanding of credit risk principles
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience in SDLC, UAT, or project delivery (advantageous)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
