Own and deliver the strategic roadmap for key business applications, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Dynamics 365 F&O
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, and IT to align technology solutions with business goals
Drive optimisation, scalability, and performance across the revenue technology stack
Lead major application initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and platform enhancements
Champion best practices in application management, data quality, governance, and system design
Manage business application roadmaps and prioritisation through cross-functional product groups
Work closely with architecture, integration, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
Build strong relationships with key vendors and technology partners
Use analytics, user feedback, and business insight to drive continuous improvement

7+ years' experience leading enterprise business applications, CRM, or revenue systems
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce in a leadership or strategic role
Strong understanding of CRM and ERP platforms and how they support business operations
Proven experience delivering application transformation, optimisation, or large-scale technology projects
Experience managing application teams, product owners, administrators, or similar functions
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives
Commercially minded with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
Excellent communication, planning, and prioritisation skills
