About this role
Role Overview
Lead and develop the LATAM Customer Success organization to ensure consistent execution of global methodologies and operational standards.
Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer outcomes, and revenue impact.
Own regional responsibility for retention, renewals, and expansion performance.
Drive adoption, maturity of use, and long-term customer value realization.
Establish KPIs, forecasting processes, and customer health frameworks.
Analyze customer data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Strong experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS, or revenue leadership roles.
Experience managing Customer Success or post-sales teams.
Proven track record in retention, renewals, and expansion targets.
Experience operating within a revenue-oriented organization.
Demonstrated ability to balance customer advocacy with commercial results.
Solid understanding of implementation, adoption, and value realization frameworks in SaaS.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Degree in Engineering is a plus.
Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of HubSpot and Planhat.
