Write clean and efficient code across the full stack, covering frontend, backend, and infrastructure, following the Shape Up methodology: 6-week Shape, 2-week Cooldown, and Friday afternoons dedicated to technical topics.
Participate in the on-call rotation: one week per team member, during office hours only.
Improve and optimize our current product and infrastructure.
Take part in code reviews and technical design discussions.

8+ years of experience with an object-oriented language such as Ruby.
Experience with Ruby on Rails or another web framework (e.g., Spring, Symfony, Laravel, Django), as well as JavaScript and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
Experience with infrastructure management and/or AI pipelines.
Write and maintain tests for your code (e.g., using RSpec).
Produce well-designed, readable code.
Effective written and spoken communication skills in both English and French.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and approaches.
