Support New Zealand sales operations, including cadence, pipeline hygiene, and process adherence
Act as the NZ operational representative within Pacific Sales Operations
Map and document sales processes and identify alignment gaps across AU/NZ/UK
Introduce structure, definitions, and operating frameworks for the growing RC business
Reinforce Salesforce usage, data quality, and reporting accuracy
Support rollout and adoption of sales tools and technology initiatives
Provide support for technology changes and migrations
Assist with Excel-based sales tools and calculators as required
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support prioritisation of activities
Drive AI and technology adoption by promoting AI fluency, sharing best practices, evaluating tools, and partnering with business, IT, and leadership to enable effective change
Improve productivity and workflows by identifying and implementing AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions that enhance decision making, customer experience, and operational efficiency
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in Sales Operations or Business Analysis
Strong Salesforce user (pipeline management, reporting, process discipline)
Experience working with sales stakeholders
Ability to influence without authority
Demonstrated ability to bring structure to evolving teams
Strong Excel capability
Highly regarded: Experience supporting multi-country teams
Exposure to sales technology or AI adoption initiatives
Process mapping or SOP development experience
