Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders;
Ensuring alignment of project objectives with business goals, customer expectations, and organizational priorities;
Identifying key stakeholders and establishing stakeholder engagement and communication approaches;
Developing detailed project management plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies;
Establishing baselines for scope, schedule, cost, and quality metrics;
Defining project governance structures, roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths;
Managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations;
Coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked to completion;
Leading project meetings, status reporting activities, and stakeholder presentations;
Facilitating communication between stakeholders;
Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies;
Monitoring project performance against established baselines, proactively addressing deviations and implementing corrective actions;
Supporting CMMI and organizational compliance activities.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in the IT industry, ensuring broad exposure to technology projects and delivery environments;
5+ years of experience in Project Management, ensuring strong expertise in leading end-to-end project delivery;
1+ year of experience in Business Analysis, enabling effective understanding and translation of business requirements into project outcomes;
Ability to work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
Willingness to work in night shifts

Knowledge of project management methodologies including SDLC Waterfall Agile and Hybrid approaches, enabling selection and application of appropriate delivery frameworks;
Knowledge of PMO processes frameworks and governance standards, ensuring compliance and consistency across projects;
Experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring structured and successful project execution;
Proficiency with project management tools, enabling effective planning, tracking, and reporting of project activities;
Knowledge of risk management change management and stakeholder management practices, enabling proactive project governance and issue resolution;
Strong communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring efficient workload management and timely delivery of objectives.
