Monitoring interface performance and ensuring system stability across BizTalk environments
Taking ownership of incident resolution, support activities, and enhancement requests
Providing proactive recommendations for system improvements
Performing impact analysis for defects and enhancement requests
Identifying recurring issues and implementing permanent fixes or process improvements
Designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting BizTalk integrations and interfaces
Performing deep root cause analysis and resolving complex technical issues end-to-end across BizTalk environments
Working closely with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
Ensuring developed applications and integrations are properly unit tested
Ensuring security best practices are applied across integrations, services, and message flows
Producing clear and comprehensive technical documentation for complex developments, enhancements, and support activities
Understanding and complying with established SDLC and CMMI standards

5+ years of experience with Microsoft BizTalk
Ability to work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH)
Expertise in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016 or 2020
Experience with Enterprise Application Integration and message processing
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, EDI, and Web Services
Knowledge of adapter connectivity and external system integrations
Experience with C# and .NET development
Experience with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and data transformations
Experience with XML schema design, mapping, and transformation
Familiarity with Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments
Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, Git, and Git Flow
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Nice to have: Experience with PowerShell
