Develop and run A/B tests that directly impact subscription growth for one of the largest EdTech platforms in the German-speaking region.

Define and implement growth experiments across the entire funnel — from hypothesis through launch and evaluation.
Maintain a clear pipeline of experiments based on impact, effort, and learning value.
Collaborate closely with design, development, and relevant stakeholders to translate testing concepts into high-quality experiments.
Transparently share results, insights, and learnings from experiments with the team and stakeholders to foster alignment and continuous improvement.
Requirements
At least 2–4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), website optimization, or growth-oriented roles.
Proven track record designing and running experiments that led to measurable business results (e.g., higher conversion rates, increased revenue).
Experience in high-velocity testing environments and a commitment to continuously increase experimentation velocity without losing quality or learning value.
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience interpreting quantitative data with tools such as GA4, Amplitude, or Power BI.
Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to structure and prioritize experiments around strategic growth objectives.
Solid knowledge of Figma or a comparable design tool; ability to independently develop high-quality test concepts in multiple variants is required.
Very good communication skills in English to clearly convey insights and strategies to stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Convert), and ideally with additional research/UX tools such as Hotjar.
Very good English skills (written and spoken).
Desirable (not required): very good German skills to better understand customer needs in the DACH market.
