Role Overview
- Support German-speaking customers via phone & email
- Handle motor insurance requests: new policies, changes, cancellations
- Process claims & cases , escalate when needed
- Keep records accurate (contracts, documents, SEPA, address updates)
- Offer tailored insurance solutions and recommend add-ons when relevant
Requirements
- German fluency (C1+)
- Customer-focused communication + strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using PC/CRM/MS Office
- Typing speed 25 WPM , accuracy 85%
- High school diploma or higher
