Role Overview
- Own end-to-end ML system execution, including data pipelines, training workflows, and deployment

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning systems
- Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch
- Proven experience in architecting scalable ML systems
- Familiarity with GPU-based training and inference
- Comfortable working with large models and understanding their failure modes
- Strong production-grade coding skills
- Ability to take ownership of outcomes and work independently
- Clear communication and collaboration in small teams
