Support the day-to-day management of your clients, effectively servicing them, and proactively contributing to growing client and agency business
Support the Client Development function with the creation of, or access to, materials or content
Ability to explain your media plan rationale to your line managers and work on translating that into client decks and emails, ensuring that your recommendation is delivered on the client brief
Media plan development, RFP collation, grid development, Platform/mapping, planning tools & systems, posting instructions, creating POP reports, amongst other tasks
Assist in managing shared file drive systems, ensuring all documents and content are appropriately saved and regularly updated
Track campaign start dates and ensure everything is ready to go live on time; liaise with relevant vendors to manage artwork delivery and approval processes
Provide responsible campaign reporting for your clients
access ‘Proof of Posting (POP)’ and Campaign Attribution, ensuring this is received by clients and/or their agencies in a timely fashion
Generate consistency and maintain high accuracy in all work through the adoption of appropriate templates and guidelines
Requirements
Degree from a three-year college or university course preferably in the following areas of study: advertising, media or related field
1-2 years related experience and/or training
Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to the safety or health of employees or others
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in tasks
Strong time management skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Good relationship management skills with the ability to communicate with directors, managers, and peers
both internally and externally
Strong ability to receive and apply constructive feedback to achieve improved outcomes
