Requirements
3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate management, social commerce, growth marketing, community management, or related marketing functions.
Strong understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, creator ecosystems, affiliate programs, and social-first consumer behaviour.
Proven experience sourcing, onboarding, managing, and growing relationships with creators, influencers, or affiliates.
Ability to analyse performance metrics, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
Deep familiarity with internet culture, social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging creator opportunities.
Comfort using AI tools and workflow systems to improve efficiency, content operations, and creator management processes.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships and manage creator partnerships effectively.
Highly proactive, organised, and comfortable operating independently within fast-paced startup environments.
