Own and continuously improve the architecture, governance, and performance of our HubSpot CRM ecosystem, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, integrations, and reporting frameworks.
Act as the internal HubSpot expert, ensuring the platform is optimized to support the evolving needs of the commercial organization and can scale as the business grows.
Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes across the funnel, including pipeline management, deal tracking, attribution, forecasting, and reporting.
Partner closely with the Pharma Partnerships team to ensure pipeline data is accurate, consistent, and provides meaningful insight into deal health and commercial performance.
Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline performance, revenue drivers, and forecasting accuracy.
Own and continuously improve the revenue forecasting process by translating pipeline data into reliable revenue projections in collaboration with Finance.
Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving CRM usability, commercial processes, automation, and reporting infrastructure.
Establish strong data governance within the CRM environment, including data integrity standards, process documentation, and best practices for system usage.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on revenue data definitions, reporting structures, and operational workflows.
Support the continued development of the Revenue Operations function by helping establish scalable operational standards and best practices.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical or operational role
Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM is essential
Experience building or scaling CRM environments in high-growth organizations is strongly preferred
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex commercial data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
Experience building revenue dashboards, pipeline reporting frameworks, and forecasting models
Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and implement scalable systems that support revenue growth
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working closely with commercial leadership, marketing, and finance teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured approach to managing operational complexity
Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or biopharma environments is a plus.
